This onion rava dosa recipe is something that will unite almost all dosa lovers. Rava also known as sooji (or semolina is English) is considered to be a tad healthier than rice batter dosas - they also have a distinct crunch. While one side of this dosa is fried until crispy brown, the other side is slathered over with an eclectic onion masala, made with onions, green chillies, cashews and black pepper.
