Dahi Phulki Recipe: How To Make Dahi Phulki:
To make this recipe, you need to prepare gram flour batter. Add water in gram flour (besan) and keep it aside for 10-15 mins. Then take a small portion out of it and dip it in hot oil, frying until crispy.
Then take a large bowl, fill it with water and drop all the fried pakoras in it and wait until they float. Now, prepare the curd-base. Take curd in a large container, add water and make it a little thin so that fulki can absorb the juice and become soft.
