Ingredients of Dahi Phulki

  • 2 Cups Besan
  • to taste Salt
  • A pinch of Cooking soda
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 kg Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Imli ki Chutney
  • 1 tbsp Mint Chutney
  • 1 and a half cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Black salt
  • to taste Red Chilli powder

How to Make Dahi Phulki

First of all, you need to prepare gram flour batter. Add water in gram flour (besan) and keep it aside for 10-15 mins

Then take a small portion out of it and dip in hot oil, fried until crispy.

Then take a large bowl, fill it with water and drop all the fried pakoras in it and wait until they float.

Now, prepare the curd base. Take curd in a large container and beat it nicely. Add salt (remember we have already added salt in phulki so adjust accordingly).

Add cumin powder and mix well with curd.

Once done, take a wide serving bowl. Take out the phulkis from water and put them in the serving bowl.
7.
Garnish the besan ki dahi phulki with red chilli powder, cumin powder, black salt, imli chutney and mint chutney.
