As Indians, we have grown up having mithai on every occasion. Whether you excelled in your studies, had a job promotion or just got engaged, no event is complete without several kinds of mithais decorated on our tables. And that's not it; as kids, we have seen our mothers and grandmothers making sweets using the age-old recipes during Holi, Diwali and Eid. With so much love for Indian desserts, we can never get enough of the spongy rasgullas, the dense gulab jamuns or the delectable gajar ka halwa. But, even though we buy large quantities of these mithai ka dabbas, have you ever thought about having one big piece of your favourite sweet? If not, then think again!
