For this delightful keto-friendly recipe, Sahil has used boneless and skinless chicken thighs, which are marinated in a pool of eclectic spices along with the goodness of olive oil. While the dish involves use of mushrooms, onions, garlic and green pepper, you can use as many vegetables of your choice in this recipe to make a wholesome meal for yourself.

Whether it is the vegetarian version or its non-vegetarian counterpart, stroganoff translates comfort food that is best relished when paired with rice. However, if you're following a strict ketogenic diet, go for cauliflower rice instead. Garnish the delight with freshly chopped chives and you're good to go.
Foodie Tip: When you're sauteing the vegetables, don't forget to add the resting juices from the cooked chicken as it will lend in a burst of flavours. Also, while adding in the sour cream, turn off the heat so that it doesn't curdle and blends in evenly with the stock.
