1. Guava
Crunchy, sweet and yummy, guavas are our personal favourite this season. They are loaded with vitamin C and a range of antioxidants that fight dangerous free radical activity and prevent cell damage. They are also high in fibres making it excellent for your heart and blood sugar level.

2. Pears
This delectable fruit has a light green, soft exterior and a white juicy and delicate flesh. Hit among both kids and adults alike, pears are good for your gut and are enriched with anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants like vitamin E and C.
3. Oranges
A tremendous source of both vitamin C and calcium, citrus fruits like oranges could ward of risk of seasonal infections and manage symptoms of many chronic conditions. If you are a fan of a fresh glass of orange juice, this is perhaps a good time to start juicing.
4. Apples
An apple a day may be a good idea again this time of the year. Apples can strengthen immune system by reducing inflammation in your body. Rich in pectin fibre, vitamin C and K, apples are considered excellent for immunity building by many nutritionists.

5. Mosambi

Ruby red and sweet, pomegranate (or anaar) has protective benefits against free radicals. Moreover, it thins our blood which is good for our BP, heart, weight loss, and prevents skin damage.
