2. Complex Carbs Diet
Many of us think that carbohydrates are bad for us, but they really are not. In fact, they can be quite beneficial if we opt for the right type. To manage PCOS, Reema recommends swapping simple carbs like maida with complex carbs like whole grains and legumes.
