Paneer is a food superhero, at least in Indian cuisine. Be it as an appetiser or as a lip-smacking curry, the humble paneer always proves to be a versatile ingredient. Recently, a lip-smacking paneer recipe has been taking the internet by storm. Called "Paprika Paneer," it was shared by none other than Chef Guntas Sethi. She begins by adding some spices onto a plate including garlic powder, red chilli powder, Italian seasoning, and salt as per your taste. She then coats the paneer cubes with this spice mix and fries them on high flame until they turn golden brown on both sides.

After this, she prepares the gravy that you can best enjoy with either rice, roti or naan. She begins by sauteing some finely chopped garlic, onions, and red bell pepper. Once the veggies are fried properly, she adds all-purpose flour (maida) to it. After mixing it all, she pours milk in it and stirs, until it turns thick. The next step is the most crucial, as she adds the main hero of the dish—paprika powder—which goes in along with salt and a stock cube. Don't forget to top the dish with chopped coriander leaves. She whisks it until it turns a bit thicker. The chef served the curry with herbed rice and broccoli on the side.
