Masterchef Australia's Season 13 airing on Disney+ Hotstar Premium has been grabbing eyeballs among Indians all over the world. And the credit for all the buzz goes to two of its contestants who have been celebrating their desi heritage by showcasing delectable dishes from Indian cuisine. From the hearty butter chicken to decadent kulfi, all dishes were relished by the judges on the show. Giving the judges yet another lip-smacking treat, Kishwar Chowdhury paid homage to her roots and her Australian identity with a delicious hariyali chicken with butter naan and a tomato chutney using a native Australian fruit called Quandong.
Kishwar's hariyali chicken received a lot of praises from the judges. “The hariyali chicken is beautifully succulent and beautifully seasoned. The whole plate of food just deserves to be here,” says Melissa Leong, one of the judges on the show. Take a look at the video here:
