The place where she is cutting the cake is decked with balloons to celebrate her day. In the video, Neetu is seen cutting a chocolate cake, which has dripping chocolate over it and is topped with some candies! Chocolate Cake Recipe: Here's How To Make Chocolate Cake
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius. In a bowl, add sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. In another bowl, break the eggs and whisk well. Slowly add sugar and whisk until fluffy. Add a cup of oil, milk, coffee, and vanilla essence. Mix well. Fold this mixture into the bowl containing the flour mix. Pour into the cake tin. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

For the frosting, whisk together sifted icing sugar and butter. Add vanilla essence as a flavouring agent. Melt cocoa chips and fold them into the mix. Gently spread the frosting over the cake once it is baked and is cool.
