"This FLOUR-LESS COOKIE DOUGH BREAD has been a staple in my home. It's paleo, keto, grain, gluten, yeast, and sugar free! Honestly it's the easiest bread you'll ever make," she wrote in the caption of the post. Her recipe uses eggs, baking soda and cashew butter or any other nut butter as basic ingredients. This mix is combined with chocolate chips to taste. The best part of the recipe is that it needs no flour and is thus gluten-free! The cookie dough bread can be served during evening tea time, or even as a delicious snack to bite into.
Bethany Ugarte's recipe was much adulated on the internet, garnering over 14k likes and many thousand comments on Instagram. The viral trend soon spilled over to video-sharing app TikTok, where the hashtag #CookieDoughBread got almost 60k views. Excited chefs on TikTok tried their hands at making the flourless cookie dough bread with results that looked out of this world. Take a look:
Here Is The Full Recipe Of Viral 4-Ingredient Flourless Cookie Dough Bread By Bethany Ugarte:
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cashew butter
- Chocolate chips to taste
- Whisk baking soda and eggs until peaks form.
- Add cashew butter and continue mixing.
- Pour batter into a lined bread pan, add chocolate.
- Bake for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
