The recipe can be made with any papad that is available at home, whether it is made with a rice or dal batter. Masala Papad is basically roasted papad topped with a delicious mix of chopped onion, tomato and cucumber and some delectable spices and lemon juice. Alternatively, the papad can be fried as well for a true restaurant-like experience.

Ingredients:
- 2 Papad
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1 tsp coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Finely chop tomato, onion and cucumber.
- In a bowl, add the chopped vegetables, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, chat masala, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Mix everything well.
- Roast the papad on tawa.
- Serve roasted papad with prepared masala on side.
