Ingredients of Air Fryer Aloo Tikki
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil

In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
Add bread crumbs, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat round patty.
Preheat your air fryer at 200 degrees C for 5 mins. Brush the air fryer basket with some oil.
Place the tikkis on the oiled basket, leaving a little space in between each.
Brush the tikkis with oil and air fry for 10-12 mins or until golden brown and crispy. Flip the tikkis halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking.
Once done, remove them from the air fryer and serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
