Crunchy treats made out of atta, sugar and cardamom.

Ingredients of Atta Biscuits

  • 250 gm atta
  • 125 gm powdered sugar or gur ki shakkar
  • 150 gm chilled butter
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

How to Make Atta Biscuits

  1. 1.Mix atta, sugar and spice in a bowl.
  2. 2.With your fingertips, rub in diced butter into the flour.
  3. 3.When the mixture resembles breadcrumbs, knead it into soft dough.
  4. 4.Knead on a floured surface until smooth.
  5. 5.Wrap the dough in a paper and chill for 30 minutes.
  6. 6.Roll on a floured surface till 1/8" thick.
  7. 7.Cut and arrange on a baking tray.
  8. 8.Chill for ten minutes.
  9. 9.Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 degree C for ten minutes or until golden.
