Ingredients of Besan Dosa

  • 1 Cup Besan
  • 1 tsp Ajwain
  • A pinch of Hing
  • To Garnish Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • Water

How to Make Besan Dosa

Take a large container, add besan, ajwain, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, hing and water as required. Mix everything well.

Heat a non stick pan, when the pan is heated pour the ladle full of batter and spread it in a circular motion.

Pour oil around the corner.

When it is cooked from one side, flip it over the other side and let it cook (drizzle more oil if required).
5.
Serve hot with sambar, tomato ketchup or chutney.

Key Ingredients: Besan, Ajwain, Hing, Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder, Salt to taste , Oil, Water

Recipe Notes

You can also add in your favourite filling. Mashed potatoes, spinach, spring onions or anything.
