Ingredients of Catfish And Raw Mango Salad
- For the catfish:
- 3-4 catfish fillets, diced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Oil, for deep frying
- For the Salad:
- 2 green mangoes, grated
- 10-15 cashew nuts, roasted and crushed coarsely
- Chilli powder, to taste
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Sugar, a pinch
- 3-4 shallots, chopped
- 2 tsp fish sauce
How to Make Catfish And Raw Mango Salad

Apply some slat and pepper to the fish fillets and cut them into cubes. Deep fry till golden-brown.

In a bowl mix grated raw green mangoes, chilli powder, lemon juice, sugar, shallots and fish sauce. Toss well.

Add the deep fried fish and cashews. Toss and serve.
