Ingredients of Chicken Paella

  • 4 Pieces Chicken
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Paprika powder
  • Chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 cup Onions
  • 1 cup Bell peppers
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Vegetable stock
  • A pinch of Saffron
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 7-8 Olives
  • Parsley
  • White wine

How to Make Chicken Paella

Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry the chicken pieces and add diced onion to it, add bell peppers.

Mix them well. Take out the chicken pieces and vegetables. In the same pan, cook rice and add vegetable stock.

Stir well. Add the chicken pieces and vegetables back into the pan. Add saffron mixed in white wine to the pan.

Add salt and pepper. Let it cook for some time.
5.
Add green peas, olives and chopped parsley. Drizzle some olive oil on it and serve.
