Ingredients of Coconut Chicken Curry

  • 1 Kg Chicken
  • 200 Ml Cream
  • 100 Ml Coconut milk
  • 200 Gram Onion (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • To taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 100 Gram Butter/refined oil
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder

How to Make Coconut Chicken Curry

  • 1.Add chicken, garlic and ginger paste, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, salt and chilli powder and mix well. Keep the marinated chicken for two hours.
  • 2.Then place the pan on fire and put the oil/butter and fry the onion till golden brown.
  • 3.Add the marinated chicken to the pan and fry on a low flame adding coconut milk slowly till the chicken is cooked properly.
  • 4.Then mix the cream slowly.
  • 5.Add 1/2 tsp of sugar (optional). Mix.
  • 6.Now the chicken is ready to eat.
  • 7.Serve with roti/rice.
