- 10 gms corn kernel (chopped)
- 10 gms red pumpkin (chopped)
- 10 gms raw papaya
- 10 gms ice berg lettuce roughly (chopped)
- 5 gms sugar
- 5 ml sesamee oil
- 5 ml ginger juice
- salt - as per taste
- wheat starch and water
