Ingredients of Drunken Chicken Kebab

  • 300 gms chicken boneless leg
  • 20 gms ginger
  • 25 gms garlic
  • 20 gms green chilli
  • 25 gms coriander leaf
  • 1 Lemon
  • 15 gms cashew
  • 10 gms curd
  • 5 gram cheese
  • 10 gms cream
  • 20 ml oil
  • 5 gram jeera powder, roasted
  • 5 gram green cardamom
  • 3 gram javitri powder
  • 3 gram fenugreek
  • 3 gram chat masala
  • 5 gram black salt
  • 5 gram salt

How to Make Drunken Chicken Kebab

  • 1.Heat mustard oil then add ginger, garlic, and kaju paste. Saute well on low flame.
  • 2.Now mix well with chicken boneless and keep it rest for 30 minute.
  • 3.Now make it with clay oven with tequila and served with mint chutney and house made salad.
