Ingredients of Green Apple Salad

  • 1 Green apple
  • 2-3 olives (sliced in halves)
  • Few spring onions
  • Few coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Honey (to drizzle)
  • to taste salt & pepper

How to Make Green Apple Salad

  • 1.Slice the apple in thin slices (similar to match sticks) and put them in a bowl
  • 2.Add the olives, spring onions and coriander
  • 3.Season with salt and pepper
  • 4.Add olive oil and drizzle some honey
  • 5.Mix well and garnish with spring onions.
