Ingredients of Idli Dhokla

  • 1/2 Cup Besan
  • 1/2 cup Rava
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • A pinch of heeng
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Idli Dhokla

Mix besan, rava, ginger, curd, heeng, oil, salt, sugar, chopped chillies and water in a bowl. Once combined, add some fruit salt and whisk again.

Pour this batter in a idli stand and steam it.

For the tempering take some water, sugar and salt and pur it from above.
4.
When the idli dhoklas soak in the water add some grated coconut and mustard seeds from the top.

Key Ingredients: Besan, Rava , Curd , A pinch of heeng , Sugar, chillies, Mustard Seeds, Salt as per taste
