Ingredients of Juicy Lamb Burger

  • 1/2 Kg lamb keema
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp red rice flakes
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • Oil
  • 2 Burger buns
  • Lettuce
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced

How to Make Juicy Lamb Burger

Take 1/2 kg of lamb keema in a bowl followed by egg, some rosemary leaves and rice flakes.

Put a teaspoon of garlic paste, salt and half a teaspoon black pepper. Mix it all well by hand.

Now in a pan add some oil.

Make two small rounds of keema paste and fry it from the both sides.

Now take two sliced burgers and fry it in the pan.
6.
Put the sliced bun on the plate and put lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onion and fried keema patties on the burger.
7.
Cover it with a second bun and your lamb burgers are ready to be served.
