  • 1 1/2 cup chicken breast, minced
  • 1/3rd cup hot basil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chili pounded
  • 1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp dark soya

How to Make Kai Kraphao or Stir Fried Chicken With Basil

Pour some oil in the wok.

Add pounded garlic and chilli and stir till light brown.

Add minced chicken, stir for a while, till half cook.
4.
Add all the sauces and sugar. Then add the basil and cook for a few seconds.
5.
Serve with rice.
