Ingredients of Kai Kraphao or Stir Fried Chicken With Basil

  • 1 1/2 cup chicken breast, minced
  • 1/3rd cup hot basil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chili pounded
  • 1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp dark soya

How to Make Kai Kraphao or Stir Fried Chicken With Basil

  • 1.Pour some oil in the wok.
  • 2.Add pounded garlic and chilli and stir till light brown.
  • 3.Add minced chicken, stir for a while, till half cook.
  • 4.Add all the sauces and sugar. Then add the basil and cook for a few seconds.
  • 5.Serve with rice.
