How to Make Kromeskies
1.Cook onions and mushrooms in butter until liquid dries.
2.Combine with crumbs, yolks, cream, seasoning and nutmeg.
3.Stir in chopped meat/chicken.
4.Flatten bacon and wrap around spoonfuls of mixture. Chill.
For the Batter:
1.Mix flour and salt with oil and water.
2.When smooth, fold in whipped egg whites.
3.Dip bacon rolls in mixture. Deep fry in hot oil until golden.
4.Serve immediately with mustard mayonnaise.
For the Mayonnaise:
1.Mix the ingredients together and serve with Kromeskies.
