Ingredients of Kuttu Ki Puri
- 200 Gram Buckwheat Flour
- 2 Potatoes (boiled), mashed
- 2 tsp Rock Salt
- For frying Desi Ghee
How to Make Kuttu Ki Puri

Sieve the flour in a bowl with the help of a flour sieve.

Add boiled mashed potato and salt and mix it together.
3.
Make soft dough; keep aside for 30 minutes to rest the dough.
4.
Cut small balls (peda) from the dough and flatten it in a round shape.
5.
Deep fry the poori in hot ghee and serve hot.
