Ingredients of Moth Kachori

  • 1 Cup Moth beans
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 Chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Amchoor powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Green chutney
  • 1 tbsp Imly chutney
  • Salt as per taste
  • For Kachori
  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose four
  • 1 tbsp Fennel seeds
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Moth Kachori

First soak and boil the moth beans in a pressure cooker. Then in a pan add ginger-garlic paste and cook it with onions.

Next add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchoor powder and salt with the cooked dal.

To make the kachori make a dough from all-purpose flour, wheat flour, salt and fennel seeds and let it rest for a while. Then roll it out and fry soft kachoris out of it.

Now take a bowl and crumble your kachodis in it. From the top add the prepared moth. Next throw in green chutney, imly chutney and chopped onion and tomatoes with some chaat masala and enjoy!
