How to make Nagori Puri
About Nagori Puri Recippe: Maida rolled with ghee, ajwain and yogurt and served hot. Nagori puris are best served with aloo ki sabzi and sooji ka halwa.

Ingredients of Nagori Puri
- 1 Cup maida (refined flour)
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/4 tsp ajwain
- to taste salt
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- Oil or ghee (for frying)
How to Make Nagori Puri

Mix the maida, ghee, ajwain, salt and yogurt and knead to a stiff dough.

Roll out small rounds and fry first over high heat and then over low till brown and cooked through.

Serve hot with a rasedaar aloo of your choice.
