About Paneer Pakoras Recipe: Paneer pieces dipped in gram flour, masalas and fried perfect. A perfect tea-time snack to munch on!

Ingredients of Paneer Pakoras

  • 500 gms 5paneer (cut into desired sized pieces)
  • For the batter:
  • 200 gms gram flour water
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin salt (crushed)
  • 1 tsp soda bi-carb
  • Oil (for deep frying)
  • chaat masala

How to Make Paneer Pakoras

  • 1.Make a thick batter with water, flour, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, salt and soda bi-carb.
  • 2.Then coat each slice with the batter and deep fry.
  • 3.Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with ketchup or chutney.
