Ingredients of Smokey Devil Cottage Cheese

  • 0.160 Kg cottage cheese filling
  • 0.005 kg celery
  • 0.005 kg coriander leaf stemm
  • 0.015 kg thai red chilli, large
  • 0.05 kg panda oyster sauce
  • 0.05 kg garlic, peeled
  • 0.020 litre sunflower oil
  • 0.030 litre homemade veg stock

How to Make Smokey Devil Cottage Cheese

  • 1.In a large bowl, mix all ingredient for cottage cheese, garlic, chilli and coriander. Season it.
  • 2.Mix all together and make 20 gms of round shaped balls and dust with corn flour. Deep fry, remove from oil and keep aside.
  • 3.Later make sauce by using all ingredient to a thick consistency. Pour on the fried cottage cheese.
  • 4.Served hot, garnished with coriander.
