Ingredients of Squash Leaves Fritters with Chilli Raindrops
200 Gram Squash leaves (freshly plucked)
For fritters batter:
50 Seasoned refined flour
150 Gram flour
To taste Salt
5 Gram Red chilli powder
For frying Refined oil
10 Gram Ginger garlic paste
For chilli raindrops:
100 Gram Fresh red chilli
20 Gram Honey
20 Ml Sherry vinegar
100 Gram Carrot Murabba
A pinch of Salt
How to Make Squash Leaves Fritters with Chilli Raindrops
1.Thoroughly wash Squash Leaves and pat dry it to get rid of excess moisture.
2.Dust all the leaves with the seasoned flour and plate them in a tray.
3.Make a thin batter of the all the ingredients mentioned for the batter and deep fry leaves one by one untill it turns crispy and golden.
4.Blend all the ingredients of chilli raindrop for a piping consistency and smooth texture.
5.Serve crispy fritters with chilli raindrops.
