  • 200 Gram Squash leaves (freshly plucked)
  • For fritters batter:
  • 50 Seasoned refined flour
  • 150 Gram flour
  • 10 Ajwain
  • to taste Salt
  • 5 gram Red chilli powder
  • For frying Refined oil
  • 10 gram Ginger garlic paste
  • For chilli raindrops:
  • 100 gram Fresh red chilli
  • 20 gram Honey
  • 20 ml Sherry vinegar
  • 100 gram Carrot Murabba
  • A pinch of Salt
