- 50 Ml milk
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 150 gms chocolate
- 60 gms sugar alternative
- 2 Egg yolks
How to Make Sugar Free Chocolate and Coconut Mousse
- 1.Melt the chocolate with milk and coconut milk to make chocolate ganache.
- 2.On the double boiler whip the sugar alternative with egg yolks and gently fold in the chocolate ganache.
- 3.Fold in the whipped cream in to the chocolate ganache.
- 4.Set in martini glasses and serve the chocolate and coconut mousse cold.
