Ingredients of Sugar Free Chocolate and Coconut Mousse

  • 50 Ml milk
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 150 gms chocolate
  • 60 gms sugar alternative
  • 2 Egg yolks

How to Make Sugar Free Chocolate and Coconut Mousse

  • 1.Melt the chocolate with milk and coconut milk to make chocolate ganache.
  • 2.On the double boiler whip the sugar alternative with egg yolks and gently fold in the chocolate ganache.
  • 3.Fold in the whipped cream in to the chocolate ganache.
  • 4.Set in martini glasses and serve the chocolate and coconut mousse cold.
