Ingredients of Sweet Potato Cutlet

  • 4 Sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp Ginger-green chilli paste
  • 2-3 tbsp Besan
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil

How to Make Sweet Potato Cutlet

Roast the sweet potato in the oven till it soft and cooked. Mash the cooked sweet potato.

Add the chaat masala, amchur powder, lemon juice, cumin powder, garam masala, green chilli-ginger paste and besan. The besan will help bind the cutlet together.
3.
Shape the mixture into tiny tikkis and pan-fry it in oil.
4.
The sweet potato cutlet is ready!
