Ingredients of Thai Charcoal Roasted Corn

  • 1/2 tsp Lemon grass, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Galangai, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp Hung curd
  • 10 gram Coconut milk powder
  • 1 tsp Red thai curry paste
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 nos Lemon wedges

How to Make Thai Charcoal Roasted Corn

Mix the all ingredients lemongrass, galangal, garlic, coriander, hung curd, red curry paste.

First roast the corn on charcoal up to 90%.
3.
Apply the masala on the corn & roast again for few minutes.
4.
Rub some lemon juice, sprinkle coconut milk powder on it & serve.
