Ingredients of Thai Charcoal Roasted Corn
- 1/2 tsp Lemon grass, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Galangai, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp Fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp Hung curd
- 10 gram Coconut milk powder
- 1 tsp Red thai curry paste
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 nos Lemon wedges

Mix the all ingredients lemongrass, galangal, garlic, coriander, hung curd, red curry paste.
First roast the corn on charcoal up to 90%.
Apply the masala on the corn & roast again for few minutes.
Rub some lemon juice, sprinkle coconut milk powder on it & serve.
