Ingredients of Tricolor Seekh Kebab

  • 1/2 Kg yogurt
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 4 green chillies, chopped
  • to taste salt
  • 75 gms cheese
  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds and Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 cup besan, roasted
  • 100 gms paneer
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • Oil (for frying)

How to Make Tricolor Seekh Kebab

Lay a muslin cloth over a bowl and pour the yogurt into it. Pick up the edges of the cloth and tie a knot. Hang it till it turns into a cheesy mixture.

Prepare the kebabs:

1.
Grate the cheese. Dry roast coriander seeds and black pepper. Grind into a powder.

Mix grated cheese, a little coriander pepper powder, green chillies, onions, ginger and salt.
3.
Take hung yogurt in a bowl, add red chilli flakes and the rest of the coriander pepper powder.
4.
Bind with besan, paneer and corn flour.
5.
Shape the mixture into kebabs.
6.
Shallow fry on a pan and serve hot.
