Kheelon Ke Kebab Chef: Recipe Servings: 6 Cook Time: 1 Hour Winner of the weekly Guilt Free Contest whips up an innovative kebab recipe. Kebabs made with puffed rice and curd, stuffed with masala tossed peas. Ingredients For the kebab: 4 cups kheele (puffed rice) 1 1/2 cup curd Salt to taste 2-3 finely chopped green chillies 3 Tbsp finely chopped hara dhaniya Oil, to shallow fry kebabs For the stuffing: 1 cup green peas, boiled Salt, to taste Finely chopped green chillies, to taste 1 Tbsp amchoor powder 1 tsp zeera 1 tsp oil Method For the kebab: Soak kheele in curd for 30 minutes. Add salt, chopped green chillies and hara dhaiya. Mix well. It should form a very think batter. Else add more kheele to it. For the stuffing: Take a kadhai. Add 1 tsp oil, add jeera. Add boiled peas, salt , green chilies, amchoor. Mix well and crush it. Now take a handful portion of batter, make a depression in the center , fill 1 tsp of peas mixture, roll it and shape into kebabs. Make rest of the kebabs like this.
