To begin with the recipe, take a pot, add ghee and wait until it melts properly. Now add whole spices like cardamom, black peppercorns, cumins, cinnamon, green cardamom and black cardamom. Let them splutter. Now, add onion and fry until golden.
The next step is to add mutton mix boti and mix well until it changes colour. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, fennel seeds powder, coriander powder, salt and mix everything.
