Dahi kebabs are a top snack option for vegetarians. Whether you're hosting a party at home, dining out, or attending a wedding, if you are a vegetarian, you must always be on the hunt for this delight. Their crispy texture is, of course, the highlight, but the soft filling inside that instantly melts in the mouth makes them taste even more heavenly. However, the only downside is that dahi kebabs are deep-fried. And this is a major no-no when weight loss and eating healthy are your areas of concern. So, should you say goodbye to your favourite snack forever? Absolutely not! Make it healthier but still, keep its flavour intact so that you can enjoy it totally guilt-free! Here's an easy recipe for dahi kebabs that uses absolutely zero oil.

Can You Cook No-Oil Dahi Kebabs In An Air Fryer?
Indeed! You can easily make these dahi kebabs in an air fryer if you do not have an oven. The result will just be as good, and there won't be any compromise on texture or flavour. In case you don't have both of these kitchen appliances, you can cook them on a tawa as well. Just make sure that it has a non-stick coating so that the kebabs don't stick to it.

How To Make No-Oil Dahi Kebab | Healthy Dahi Kebab Recipe
To make this healthier version of dahi kebabs, you just need a handful of ingredients and your trusty oven. Start by mixing the hung curd and paneer with chopped onions and besan. Now, add all the dry masalas, including haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala, jeera, salt, and a teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste. Mix well, and you'll have a thick mixture ready. Shape small kebabs out of it and keep them aside. Next, spread some breadcrumbs on a plate and gently roll the kebabs in them. Make sure that they are well coated on all sides. Now, instead of popping them in hot oil, transfer them to a baking tray to bake at 180 degrees C for around 20 minutes. You can extend the time by 5-10 minutes if they aren't golden brown enough. Once done, serve hot along with pudina chutney and enjoy!
