How To Make Protein-Packed Chana Dal Pulao:
- Pour oil into a pressure cooker and add cumin, cinnamon and black pepper.
- Add whole red chilli, crushed ginger-garlic, and onion and fry.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and cook.
- Add a bowl of soaked rice and chana dal to it.
- Mix everything well and add water to it.
- Cook for 2-3 whistles and your protein-rich chana dal pulao is ready to be relished.
- Serve with some dahi and achar by the side.
