It seems like the 25-year-old had a wholesome protein-rich breakfast fruits and seeds on Thursday, and here's why you should take a cue as well.

She posted an Instagram story featuring a vibrant mishmash of pomegranate seeds, bananas, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds. 'Vitamins', she captioned the zoomed-out image. And it was indeed a heart medley of vitamins. Pomegranate seeds are replete with vitamin C, K and a range if B vitamins, whereas bananas are enriched with vitamin B6 and vitamin C. Both bananas and pomegranate are also a good source of potassium. Coming to the seeds, pumpkin seeds are loaded with b vitamins and beta-carotene, which is essential for production of vitamin A. Additionally, they are also a good source of protein and heart-friendly omega-3 fatty acids. Sunflower seeds and chia seeds are incredible sources of protein too. Protein is called the building block of life; it helps build muscle and sustain weight loss.
