High Protein Diet: Here Is The Recipe Of The Bread Chana Basket:
To make this, you can choose any kind of nutritious bread like brown bread or multigrain bread. The other ingredients that you would require are one cup of boiled chana, one finely chopped onion and tomato, one tablespoon of cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, chana masala and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt according to taste.

First, trim the edges of the bread and cut its slices into a circular shape. Then add butter on both sides of the bread and press them gently into the muffin pans. Preheat the oven to 190 degree Celsius and bake the bread for 11-13 minutes. Just till they turn golden brown.
In a pan, add some oil and throw tomatoes with the masalas. Mix these well, then put in the boiled chana. Stir until all the flavours combine. Add one-fourth cup of water and cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes.
