Got leftover momos at home? Here's how you can use them. Let's start off with manchurian gravy. For this, all you need to do is heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and some chopped veggies along with black pepper, salt, soya sauce, vinegar and schezwan chutney. Mix all the ingredients well. Once done, add cornstarch along with a cup of water to make the gravy thick. Stir for 5-6 minutes.
