Erstwhile Bollywood actor and now star-mom Neetu Kapoor is all set to get back to the silver screen with her role in Brahmastra, which also stars her son Ranbir Kapoor and actor Alia Bhatt. Kapoor is pretty active on social media and constantly shares pictures and videos of her family members, especially those of her son, daughter and grand kids. However, she recently gave a shout out to a dessert recipe by fitness influencer and actor Shilpa Shetty on her Instagram page and we would definitely want to steal the recipe of the delicious-looking 'guilt-free' dessert.

Shilpa, who made headlines yesterday for making it to the list of '30 Top Health and Fitness Influencers in India,' also posted pictures with Neetu Kapoor, who, she said quite enjoyed her sweet creation. Have a look:

Talking about the dessert, Neetu said on Instagram: "Had the most guilt-free yummiest dessert by @theshilpashetty, cinnamon poached peach with mascarpone cheese and mulberry yogurt frozen crumble. Begged her to put the recipe on her insta." For her part, Shilpa thanked Neetu for the appreciation and also promised to put the recipe of the dessert on her Instagram page 'soon'. She added, "So happy to have someone who shares my passion for health and food over lunch."

Well we are certainly inspired, as always, Shilpa! Fruits are one of the best ingredients to add to your healthy desserts, if you are on a diet and want to satiate your sweet tooth. Peaches are very healthy as they are very low on calories - a 100-gm serving of peaches contains just 39 calories. Mulberries are also quite healthy, as they have a total 43 calories in a 100-gm serving. Moreover, mulberries are summer berries that you shouldn't miss out on as they are full of vitamin C, vitamin K, potassium, phosphorous, calcium, iron and dietary fibre.

For added fibre, Shilpa also tossed in some seeds in the dessert, which is something we all can easily do too. Mascarpone cheese is the only high-calorie ingredient in this dessert, which is otherwise perfectly guilt-free. In general, fruits mixed in with natural frozen yogurt and topped with seeds make for a good guilt-free dessert option. So, we guess we know what we're having for dessert tonight, don't you?
