This simple aloo paneer kebab can be made in all of 15 minutes. All you have to do is grate boiled potatoes and paneer in a bowl, add seasoning and maida. Then roll our kebabs from the mixture, dip them in cornflour slurry and fry till golden brown. If you wishm you can also cook the kebab inn air fryer.
