Rava Medu Vada Recipe: How To Make Rava Medu Vada
To begin with the recipe, we first need to cook the rava. Add water, oil and salt in a kadai. Mix well and allow it to boil. Once it boils, add the rava. Keep stirring it until it absorbs all the water. Cover and let it simmer for some time. Once done, transfer the cooked rava to a bowl.
Next, add curry leaves, pepper, cumin, chilli, chopped coriander and lemon juice. Mix well. Now, make a ball-sized shape of the mixture and flatten it slightly. Make a hole in the center. Heat some oil in a pan. Deep fry the vadas on medium-flame or until they become golden brown. Rava medu vada is ready! Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
