We have to start with preparing the secret masala. To make it, we need to first add ghee to a pan and roast besan in it. Then add haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder and amchoor powder to it. in it. Add some water, cook well and sprinkle salt as per your taste. Once the mix gets prepared, keep it aside.
Now, pour a generous amount of butter and oil in a kadhai and add onion to it. Cook it well. Add ginger and tomato to it. Once the tomatoes get softer, add the besan masala. Then add the paneer crumble and mix. Add some water and salt as needed.
Garnish with freshly chopped dhania and you will get creamy, soft dhaba-style paneer bhurji ready in just no time. Pair it with roti or paratha and relish.
