We all restrict ourselves from overindulging in sweets. Don't we? If you have noticed that munching sugary snacks just makes you crave more, you are not alone. But the question is how much sweet is too much sweet? Well, according to Arjun Kapoor's sister Anshula Kapoor there is no such thing as “too much sugar.” Looks like Anshula went on a dessert spree with her friends. She made a point to share a snap of the mouth-watering platter on her Instagram Stories. It is loaded with chocolate mousse, ice creams with chocolate squiggles on top, a small red velvety cake, and some macarons. “Apparently there is no such thing as too much sugar,” Anshula wrote alongside the picture, adding that the snap is a “pretty good description of last night.” We don't know about you but we are for sure drooling over Anshula's dessert platter.

While we believe a cheat day in a week or two is justified, throwing your health out of the window by making heavy sweet intake a habit is not recommended. Also, cutting off sweets and sugar altogether will only end up making you crave more. What's the solution? What about some healthy dessert recipes? Here you go:
1.Panna Cotta
A silky smooth and wobbly panna cotta is an Italian dessert. It is just a basic pudding that is made of dairy thickened with gelatin. While preparing a healthier version, we will replace sugar with jaggery, and it only enhances the flavours of panna cotta. Here is the recipe.
2.Dark Chocolate Oats Mousse
Any mousse lovers out there? This creamy chocolatey delicacy is fat-free, and along with the flavours of dark chocolate, it also has the goodness of oats. Mix in oats, cocoa powder, milk, honey and voila.
3.Raspberry Macaron
This particular dessert has a different fanbase altogether. Macarons are basically cookies that have various flavorful fillings in the middle. Follow this recipe and prepare a bunch of gluten-free macarons at home.

4.Fruit Custards
All you need to do is prepare a silky smooth custard, with an array of freshly chopped fruits (pop in your favourites). Allow it to rest for some time and your bowl of yumilicious fruit custard is ready to serve.
5.Almond Malai Kulfi
Who will say no to rich and creamy kulfi? With its chilled smooth texture and distinct flavour profile, kulfi is a delight, especially, in the summer season.
