International Yoga Day is being celebrated all over the world on 21 June. Since 2015, this day has been marked by the United Nations as a way to spread awareness about practicing Yoga for good physical health and mental well-being. Yoga has now become an extremely popular practice all over the globe, especially after the pandemic. Indians across the world are commemorating and celebrating International Yoga Day 2022 in their own unique way by performing various asanas. Popular brands also extended greetings to their followers on the occasion. Dairy brand Amul too shared a quirky creative, giving the International Yoga Day celebrations a foodie twist. In the adorable post, the trademark Amul girl could be seen performing two Yoga asanas. In one of the asanas, she was seen holding a burger bun with butter inside it while the other girl seemed tempted by it. "Tan Mann aur Bun ki Shakti," read the headline to the creative. The tagline read, "Amul: Makes you flexible!"
Amul's creative on the occasion of International Yoga Day received immense praise online. Amul's topicals regularly trend on social media as well as in print. Foodies also appreciate the food-related puns and humour that the brand makes on hot news topics. The brand is known for its witty and ingenious takes on prominent news from the world of cricket, Bollywood and even technology. Recently, Amul had shared a wonderful topical on Internet Explorer being retired after 27 years. The post went viral and received nearly 50k likes. Take a look:
