The actress, in a series of Instagram posts, gave us a glimpse of how she spent her Thanksgiving this year. In the photos, she showed a whole turkey roasted to perfection and stuffed with some scrumptious vegetables. Behind it, we spotted what looked like some grilled ribs.

Turkey – 1
Chicken mince – 500 gms
Pork meat – 200 gms
Pork fat – 50 gms
Pistachio – 60 gms
Cashew nuts – 60 gms
Raisins – 60 gms
Carrots – 20 gms
Eggs – 2
Cream – 150 ml
Brandy – 100 ml
Broccoli – 150 gms
Baby corn – 100 gms
Honey glazed potatoes - 200 gms
Butter – 150 gms
Red wine – 60ml
Cranberry sauce – 200 gms
Horseradish – 50 gms
Oil – 100ml
A pinch of rosemary and parsley
Salt and pepper
Now, follow the steps below to prepare the turkey.
Step – 1 Clean the turkey thoroughly from the inside while keeping the skin intact.
Step – 2 Take a mixing bowl and add chicken mince, dry fruits, pork fat, eggs, carrots, brandy, cream, parsley, and rosemary in it.
Step – 3 Stuff the mixture into the turkey breast and tie it up to seal the mixture.
Step – 4 Place the turkey in a baking tray along with diced onions, carrots, celery, garlic, and oil.
Step – 5 Cook it for around 1 hour at 300 degrees C until the turkey turns golden brown and becomes tender.
Step – 6 Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce, buttered vegetables, horseradish, and glazed sweet potatoes.
