Malaika Arora had shared a post on January 11, participating in the Twinkle Khanna-led 'Dabba Challenge' on social media. The video was the first time she publically declared that she had turned vegan, which she admitted limited her food options to very specific things. The video had her sharing a delightful vegan recipe for all the followers of the vegan diet. In the video, she was seen savouring delectable zucchini noodles in black pepper sauce.
Malaika Arora had shared glimpses of her all-vegan, home-style diet on her Instagram stories every now and then. Her lunch meal on one such occasion comprised of simply cooked gobhi, home-style bhindi and khichdi. A new Instagram story by Malaika Arora showed another one of her all-vegan, home made meals. She further revealed an interesting insight into how being vegan has actually helped her. The diva admitted that she had turned vegan a couple of months ago, and the fact that it was a challenge for her but it made it worth it. Take a look:

"Being vegan for the last couple of months has changed my life... n experimenting with vegan food has been a challenge but so worth it. #homestyle #veganism" wrote Malaika Arora in her Instagram story. The story also had simply cooked cauliflower along with what seemed to be a vegetable quiche. The meal was in keeping with Malaika's philosophy of having homestyle meals, a diet which she feels has changed her life.
